무엇을 보여주나요
finscope는 800개 이상의 미국 주식·ETF에 대해 역대 최대낙폭(MDD), 낙폭 추이(언더워터 차트), 낙폭 분포, 전고점까지의 회복기간을 보여줍니다. 수익률만으로는 드러나지 않는 ‘버텨야 했던 고통’을 숫자와 그림으로 보여줘, 투자 전에 리스크를 가늠하도록 돕습니다.
모든 수치는 달러·원화 두 기준으로 함께 제공해, 환율까지 반영한 한국 투자자 관점도 볼 수 있습니다.
What it shows
finscope shows the all-time maximum drawdown (MDD), the drawdown (“underwater”) trend, the distribution of drawdowns, and the recovery time back to a previous high — for 800+ US stocks and ETFs. It surfaces the pain an investor had to sit through, which returns alone never reveal, so you can gauge risk before you buy.
Every figure is shown in both USD and KRW, so Korean investors can see the currency-adjusted view too.
데이터와 계산
- 시세 — Yahoo Finance의 분할·배당 조정종가를 사용합니다.
- 환율 — USD/KRW는 Frankfurter(ECB 기준)에서 받습니다.
- 갱신 — 매 영업일 데이터를 자동으로 갱신합니다.
- 최대낙폭 — 각 시점의 ‘사상 최고점 대비 하락률’ 중 가장 깊은 값: (저점 − 고점) ÷ 고점.
계산은 화면에 차트를 그리는 것과 동일한 모듈로 미리 수행해 저장하므로, 표시값과 차트가 어긋날 수 없습니다.
Data & method
- Prices — split/dividend-adjusted close from Yahoo Finance.
- FX — USD/KRW from Frankfurter (ECB reference rates).
- Updates — data refreshes automatically every trading day.
- Max drawdown — the deepest “decline from the all-time high” over the period: (trough − peak) ÷ peak.
Figures are pre-computed with the same module that draws the charts, so the numbers and the charts can never disagree.
